By downloading, installing, or using the **Static JSON Export with CORS** plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the plugin.
2. Licensing and Distribution
- **Core Version (Free)**: The Core version is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later). You are free to modify and redistribute it in accordance with the license.
- **PRO Version**: The PRO version is licensed under a proprietary subscription model managed by Freemius. Your license is valid for the duration of your active subscription and supports the designated number of WordPress site installations. Bypassing activation mechanisms or redistribution of PRO code is strictly prohibited.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer (Arai Teruhiko) be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the plugin after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
